No Cook Fruit Purées
It doesn’t get easier than no-cook Summer fruit pureés. Make small quantities, as you need them, as they don’t freeze well and are much better fresh. I like to blend them with 1/2 banana ~ for a lovely smooth purée, but you can just blend each fruit on its own. This will taste so much better than anything out of a packet too.
1 peach and 1/2 banana
1 apricot and 1/2 banana
1 handful blueberries and 1/2 banana
1/2 small papaya and 1/2 banana
You will need a small blender, or stick blender too
Prep the fruit: peel and remove any stones or pips and blend in combinations you like

The whole family can enjoy these too, just serve with natural yogurt
